Transformative Revival is a societal revival with measurable change taking place in a city as a result of the presence and work of the Lord through believers carrying out biblical principles and bringing life and restoration to their communities and the spheres of culture.  For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God.  (Hebrews 11:10)
